摘要
矿用随钻测量系统作为煤矿井下定向钻进施工的核心装备,因其数据传输方式的不同,分为有线、泥浆脉冲和电磁波3种。对矿用随钻测量系统中3种数据传输技术的原理、适应工况、优缺点等进行了阐述与比较,指出有线数据传输技术作为目前矿用随钻测量系统中应用最广泛和最成熟的数据传输技术,在煤系地层的主体应用地位短期内无法被取代,同时,泥浆脉冲数据传输技术应用于岩系地层中深孔及电磁波数据传输技术应用于中短孔常规钻进的优势也很突出。
As the core equipment of mine MWD directional drilling under coal mine,mine-used MWD system is divided into cable,mud pulse and electromagnetic waves because of three different data transmission methods. This paper describes and compares the principles,to adapt working conditions,advantages and disadvantages etc of data transmission technology of mine-used MWD systems. It pointed out that wired data transmission technology is most widely used and most sophisticated data transmission technology in mine-used MWD system,can not be replaced in the main application status of coal strata in the short term,while the advantages of mud pulse data transmission technology used in more deep hole,and electromagnetic data transmission technology used in conventional drilling short holes,were also prominent.
