摘要
目的:探讨风险意识在手术室护理管理中的融合方法与效果。方法:笔者所在医院于2014年4月开始对手术室护理人员进行风险意识管理。随机选取2014年4月-2015年4月于笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的200例患者,并选取2013年4月-2014年4月的200例患者做对照。统计实施前后患者发生手术风险的情况与对护理服务的满意度。结果:在实施风险意识管理后,患者的手术风险发生率为0.5%,低于实施前(4.0%);患者的护理总满意度为98.0%,高于实施前(75.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险意识管理可以使手术室护理人员的风险意识增强,避免发生手术风险,保障手术顺利完成,提高患者的满意度。
Objective：To explore the integration method and effect of risk awareness in nursing management in operation room.Method：In 2014 April,our hospital began to carry out the risk management of nursing staff.200 patients from April 2014 to April 2015 who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly selected,and 200 cases from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the control group.The operation risk of patients before and after the implementation and the satisfaction of nursing service were carried out.Result：After the implementation of risk management,the risk of the patients was 0.5%,it was lower than before（4.0%）,and the total satisfaction of patients was 98.0%,it was higher than before（75.0%）,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Risk awareness management can enhance the risk awareness of nursing staff,avoid the risk of operation,ensure the successful completion of the operation,improve the satisfaction of patients.
