摘要
目的探索观察风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2016年5月—2017年1月我院收治的120例手术室患者,将其随机化分组,两组各有60例,观察组和对照组分别采用风险意识护理和常规护理。结果观察组仅发生1例风险事件,而对照组为5例,观察组发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,且观察组在护理满意度、术中出血量以及手术时间上同样存在有显著优势,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论风险意识在手术室护理管理中效果显著。
Objective To explore the application value of observing risk consciousness in nursing management in operation room. Methods 120 cases of operation room patients in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in each group, observation group and the control group were treated with risk conscious nursing and routine nursing, respectively. Results Observation group only occurred 1 case of risk events, while the control group was 5 cases, the incidence of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant, The observation group also had significant advantages in nursing satisfaction, intraoperative bleeding volume and operation time, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Risk consciousness in operation room nursing management effect is remarkable.
