摘要
住宅产业化是我国住宅建设发展的必然趋势,目前我国住宅产业化程度较低,这跟产业链上各利益主体的协同水平有重要关系。通过对我国现阶段住宅产业化利益相关主体的定位、属性分析,归纳总结利益主体之间的协同矛盾,以政府为主导,从外部协同和内部协同两个方面对住宅产业化的利益相关主体进行协同治理,全面推进住宅产业化的发展。
Housing industrialization is the inevitable trend of the future residential construction in China. At present, the level of China＇s housing industrialization is relatively low, which has an important relationship with the level of cooperation among the interest stakeholders in the industry chain. Through the analysis of the location and attribute of stakeholders of the housing industrialization in China at present, summarized the contradiction among interest stakeholders at present state of China, for promoting the development of the housing industrialization, government should from external coordination and internal coordination to manage the relationship of stakeholders in housing industry.
