摘要
建筑工业化的生产方式与传统建造方式相比具有很多优点,对发展绿色建筑、促进建筑行业的可持续发展具有重要意义。从技术、政策、成本和社会认知四个角度系统分析了其发展面临的问题,通过建立技术保障机制、政策推动机制、市场动力机制、社会认同机制,运用协同理论,构建了"政府、企业、社会"三位一体的协同运行模式。最后提出以公共租赁住房建设为契机,促进我国建筑工业化的迅速发展。
The building industrialization has many advantages compared to the traditional way, and has important significance for the development of green building and the sustainable development of the construction industry. The paper analyzes the problem of the development from the technical, policy, cost and social cognitive angle systematically,through the establishment of the technical guarantee mechanism, the policy stimulus mechanism, the market dynamic mechanism and the society identity mechanism, coordinated operation mode of the " government, enterprises and society" was constructed with the collaborative theory. At last, the paper puts forward public rental housing construction as an opportunity to promote the rapid development for building industrialization.
