摘要
"基于结果的管理"是国际性项目管理中广泛应用并行之有效的方法,将其引入思政课实践教学可以规范学生实践教学参与、优化实践教学项目以及规范课程建设。因此,思政课实践教学效果评价机制可以从项目的设计合理性评价、项目的实施过程评价和项目的终结评价3个方面构建。
Results-based management(RBM)method is effective project management method, and wide-ly used in international management. The results-based management, if introduced to Ideological and Politicalpractice teaching, can regulate the students participation, optimizes the practice teaching program, standardizesthe courses construction. Therefore, the evaluation mechanism of Ideological and Political practice teaching canbe built from three aspects, including the design rationality of project evaluation, project evaluation and projectimplementation process.
