基于ABAQUS的顶管施工中钢管稳定性分析 被引量:9

摘要 随着钢顶管直径和顶进距离的不断增大,易出现钢顶管在施工过程中的屈曲破坏。采用大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了钢顶管的简化受力模型,首先进行钢管的特征值屈曲分析,得到钢管的一阶屈曲模态。将一阶模态以初始缺陷的方式引入到钢管模型,进行弹塑性屈曲分析,得到钢顶管的极限承载力。探究中继间间距、壁厚和围压等因素对钢顶管稳定性的影响,结果表明:纯围压作用下钢管出现局部屈曲特征,纯轴压作用下钢管呈现整体屈曲失稳;钢管的极限屈曲轴力随着中继间间距的增加而减小,随着钢管壁厚的增加而增加,随着管道所受围压的增加而减小;采用有限元分析方法研究钢顶管稳定性能取得较好的结果。 The possibility of buckling of a steel jacking pipe would increase with the increasing of diameter and jacking distance.Simplified mechanies model of a steel jacking pipe has been established by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The first buckling mode of steel pipe is obtained by the buckle analysis.By introducing the first mode as the initial imperfection,the elastic-plastic buckling behavior of steel pipes was analyzed with the riks method,the ultimate bearing capacity has been obtained.Discussed the influence of spacing between relays,wall thickness and confining pressure on the stability of steel jacking pipes,the results showed:Pipe will be partial buckling under confining pressure,and it will be overall buckling under axial force;The limit buckling axial force decreases with the increasing of spacing between relays and confining pressure,and it increases with the increasing of the wall thickness of steel pipe;A better result of study of the stability of a steel jacking pipe can be obtained by finite element method.
