摘要
农民创业是改善其弱势地位的重要手段,而创业的必备条件之一就是对相关信息的充分占有和利用。调查发现,受信息需求弱、需求层次低、不全面、信息获取渠道单一、传统、有效性差等因素的影响,农民对与其息息相关的信息基本不了解,其信息获取处于低水平状态。建议实施发动农民创业信息需求引擎、引导其创业的发展策略,在其创业信息需求与信息获取之间形成良性循环新格局,使其信息获取在其创业过程中得到改善和提升。
Starting a business is an useful way to change the weak position for peasants. However, to some extent it depends on the acquisition of relevant information. The survey shows that, influenced by the factors such as weak, incomplete and low-level information needs, and single, traditional and ineffective information acquisition channels, etc. peasants or off-farm workers have a very little bit knowledge about the information related to them and their information acquisition is at a low level. To improve this situation, government needs to launch the engine of information needs for peasants or off-farm workers so that a new virtuous circle can be formed between information needs and information acquisition in their entrenreneurshin.
