摘要
用10%、20%、30%的PEG溶液对经过不同程度老化处理的大豆种子进行引发处理.结果表明:同等浓度PEG处理条件下,随老化时间的延长,大豆种子的发芽率和发芽势逐渐降低;老化处理时间相同时,不同浓度PEG引发后,大豆种子发芽率、发芽势均高于对照组.
The PEG solution of 10%,20% and 30% was used to cause the treatment of the soybean seeds of different degree aging treatment. The results showed that on the same concentration of PEG treatment conditions,with the prolonging of aging time,the germination rate and germination potential of soybean seeds decreased gradually; Under the same aging treatment time,the germination rate and the germination potential of the soybean seeds were higher than those of the control group after the PEG initiation.
