摘要
采用砂培法研究了秸秆焚烧土壤提取液对大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,秸秆焚烧的土壤提取液可使大豆种子活力明显下降、根系发育受阻、脂肪酸含量减少、子叶储藏物质的转化率下降、幼苗生长受阻、干物质积累减少。
The effects of extracting solution from crop straw burning soil on the seed germination and seedling growth of soybean were studied by using the methods of sand culture. The results showed that the agronomic characters of soybean seeds and its seedlings, such as seed activities, the growth of roots, the content of fatty acid, the transformation ratio of organic substance in cotyledons, seedling growth and its plant dry weight, were decreased signally.
