摘要
目的:采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)准确确证中药制剂中非法添加那红地那非化学成分的方法。方法:LC-MS/MS用理化反应法初筛成阳性的药物后再应用,技术对四种可能有非法添加那非类化学药品的中药制剂进行筛查,与那红地那非对照品的一二级质谱图进行比较。结果:在样品质谱图中有与对照品一致的一级质谱峰与二级质谱峰。结论:应用LC-MS/MS法可快速准确鉴定出中药制剂中是否含有非法添加的那红地那非。
OBJECTIVE： High-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was adopted,method of traditional Chinese preparation was accurately confirmed. METRHODS： Physical and chemical reaction method was used to screening drugs in positive,and then LC-MS / MStechnology was used to screen 4 kinds of traditional Chinese preparation with illegal addition of hongdenafil; meanwhile,comparison was conducted between grade one and two spectrogram of control group and hongdenafil group. RESULTS： There were two peaks（ grade one peak and grade two peak） in the mass spectrum of the sample that accorded with the control group. CONCLUSIONS： The application of LC-MS / MStechnology can quickly and accurately identify if there is hongdenafil illegally added in traditional Chinese preparation.
