摘要 目的建立保健食品中非法添加的11种减肥化学成分的快速筛选方法。方法采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)以Polaris C18-A为分析柱,流动相采用0.1%甲酸和甲醇进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾电离(ESI)、多反应监测(MRM)扫描方式,对保健食品中非法添加的11种减肥化学成分进行筛选分析。结果建立了快速分离检测保健食品中11种非法添加成分的测定方法,检测限低于5ng。结论该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,适用于减肥类保健品中非法添加成分的筛选及确证工作。 Objective To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass chromatography (LC-MS/ MS) method for the simultaneous screening 11 slim chemical compositions in health food. Methods This method involved liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, the separation was conducted by Varian Polaris C18-A. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic and methanol. The target compounds were analyzed with LC-MS/MS-ESI. Multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) was used to screen 11 slim chemical compositions in health food. Results A fast and sensitive liquid chromatography mass spectrometric (LC/ MS) method for the simultaneous screening of 11 slim chemical composition was described. The LOD of these substances were below 5ng. Conclusions The method is sufficiently selective and sensitive to detect slim chemical composition in health food.
