摘要
移动大数据时代,图书馆个性化智慧服务的服务质量保证,面临着诸如数据海量、类型繁多、增长迅速、价值巨大等的严峻挑战。本文研究了基于移动大数据分析的图书馆个性化服务QOS保证,该策略可以全面、及时、准确地评估读者需求,能够为图书馆个性化智慧服务的质量保证,提供具有高附加值的移动大数据分析支撑。
In the era of mobile big data,smart personalized service QOS of library is encountering many challenges owing to the specific characteristics of big data such as high volume,variety,velocity and great value.This article explores the smart personalized service QOS guarantees for library based on mobile big data analysis that can provide comprehensive,in time,and accurate evaluation for reader＇s requirements,and thus provides high additional value mobile big data analysis that are supportive to the smart personalized service QOS of library.
