The Initial Exploration on the Library in the Age of Big Data

摘要大数据时代的来临,正在给包括图书馆在内的各行各业及整个社会文化带来了根本性的变革。图书馆界已针对大数据开展了一定的学术研究与实践应用,但大数据在图书馆事业中的应用可能产生诸多问题,即技术的成熟与完善尚需时日、认识大数据技术时需辩证客观的态度、图书馆职业对私隐信息能否继续有效施行保密、欠缺大量专业人才和信息鸿沟是否会因此被进一步加深。 The age of big data has come,and is bringing fundamental changes to all walks of life including the library and the entire social culture.The article describes its concept,its pretext and the general disciplines which big data has already widely accepted and used.The article also proclaimed the natural and intense relationship between the librarianship and big data,and recalled the application of big data in the library.Finally,the five problems occurred in the application of big data in librarianship were arisen.They are described as follows： ⑴It will take quite a long period of time to make big data become mature and perfect;⑵ Big data should be treated in an dialectical and objective attitude;⑶ Will the library professionals be able to keep some kind of information in secret for the national,institutional and private interests？ ⑷ Will there be lack of a large number of professionals in big data？ ⑸ Will the information gap be further deepened in big data age？
