摘要
针对环锭细纱机经集聚纺技术改造后原断面参数随之发生改变,进而直接影响纺纱质量的问题,通过分析其改造后的导纱角与集聚罗拉倾角的关系,建立其相互关系的数学模型,得出集聚纺细纱机导纱角为59°~75°的适纺范围内集聚罗拉倾角的取值为45°~51°;合理地安排集聚纺导纱角和集聚罗拉倾角对降低细纱断头、提高集聚效果具有积极意义,为环锭细纱机进行集聚纺技术改造提供参考,为研制新型集聚纺细纱机提供理论支持。
As to the problems with yarn quality resulting from the specification variation in the origin section through the tech-modification of the compact spinning process on the ring spinning frame.Through the analysis of the guiding angle and the bank angle,a mathematical model is established for the relationship in-between.Conclusion is made that when the guiding angle is within 59°~75°,the bank angle is recommended within 45°~51°.Selection of proper values with the guiding angle and the bank angle is positive to lowering yarn breakage and improving the agglomeration effect,consequently as information in modification of the ring spinning frame with compact spinning process and as theoretical support in development of new spinning frame with compact spinning process.
