摘要
探讨纱线毛羽产生的原因及预防措施。分析了纱线毛羽产生的机理,并从原料及纺纱各个工序论述了毛羽产生原因及采取的相应工艺技术措施。指出:立足于现有设备,通过工艺研究和加强企业内部管理,采取各项必要的技术措施仍然是降低毛羽的有效途径。要抓住主要矛盾,认真落实各项措施,以取得控制毛羽的良好效果。
Yarn hairiness causes and preventive measures were discussed. Mechanism of causing yarn hairiness was analyzed. Causes of yarn hairiness and corresponding processing technology measures were introduced from raw material and each spinning process. It is pointed out that effective method of reducing yarn hairiness is adopting all kinds of technology processing measures according to present equipment through processing research and strengthening enterprise inner management. Main contradiction should be grasped, each measures should be implemented carefully in order to get better eft＇ect of control hairiness.
