正交试验设计法优化健脾温胃胶囊的提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的:优选出健脾温胃胶囊剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:以处方中党参炔苷的含量和浸膏收率作为优选评价指标,采用正交试验设计法优选健脾温胃胶囊剂的提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为加8倍量的水,回流提取3次,每次1 h;采用低压真空浓缩干燥法(温度60℃,真空度在0.07~0.08MPa)对提取液进行浓缩、干燥。结论:最佳提取工艺条件提取效率高,稳定性和重复性好,可作为健脾温胃胶囊剂的提取工艺。 Objective: To optimizate the best extraction process of Jianpiwenwai the content of Lobetyolin and the extract yield as the evaluation index in the prescription of the optimum conditions of the extraction process, and the orthogonal test design as the optimized extraction conditions of Jianpi- wenwai Capsules. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: added 8 times amount of water and extracted 3 times for one hour every time. Low pressure vacuum concentration and drying method (the temperature was 60℃, and the vacuum degree was between 0. 07 -0. 08 MPa) was taken to condense and dry of the extract concentration. Conclusion: The optimum extraction conditions has high extraction efficiency, good stability and repeatability. It can be used as the extraction process of Jianpiwenwai capsules.
