摘要
为了探讨咪鲜胺和异菌脲混配对辣椒枯萎病菌和西瓜枯萎病菌的增效作用,采用抑菌圈法测定了咪鲜胺和异菌脲混配不同比例对辣椒枯萎病菌和西瓜枯萎病菌的联合毒力。结果表明,异菌脲与咪鲜胺以1∶7比例混配对辣椒枯萎病菌的抑菌效果最好,其EC_(50)为10.65μg/m L,增效系数(SR)为4.73;异菌脲与咪鲜胺以9∶1比例混配对西瓜枯萎病菌的抑菌效果较好,其EC_(50)为12.45μg/m L,增效系数(SR)为1.43。
To discuss the synergistic effect of prochloraz and iprodione, its combination toxicity potential to Fusarium oxysporum was tested by the inhibition zone method in the laboratory. The result showed that the mixtures of prochloraz and iprodione at the ratio of1∶7 had additive effect to the Fusarium oxysporum and the EC50 was 10.65 μg/m L. The synergistic ration(SR)was 4.73. However its to the Fusarium f. sp. niveum the best ratio was 9∶1 and the EC50 was 12.45 μg/m L. The synergistic ration(SR)was 1.43.
