摘要
为探讨苦参黄酮对辣椒枯萎病菌抗病性的影响,采用溶剂萃取法提取苦参活性成分类黄酮物质,分析类黄酮物质对辣椒枯萎病菌的离体抑菌生物活性。结果表明:苦参黄酮对辣椒枯萎病菌有很强的抑菌活性,4g·L-1黄酮处理,菌丝生长抑制率达到95.55%,2g·L-1黄酮处理,孢子萌发抑制率为98.1558%。苦参黄酮处理提高了植株的抗病性,辣椒植株幼苗期和现蕾期连续施用50mg·L-1苦参黄酮后接种枯萎病菌,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性,分别比对照提高63.1%、142.13%、113.89%,MDA含量较对照降低了74.01%。
In order to study the inhibition effects of Sophora flavescens Ait on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.capsicum, flavonoids of Sophora flavescens Ait were extracted with solvent extraction, and antifungal activities of flavonoids of Sophora flavescens Ait against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.capsicum were mensurated, The results indicated that antifungal activities of flavonoids on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.capsicum were significant. As the concentration of flavonoids was 4g·L^-1,the inhibition rate was by 95.55% on mycelium growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.capsicum. As the concentration was 2g·L^-1,the inhibition rate was by 98.1558% on spore generation. Inoculated plants were treated by flavonoids which results indicated that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) increased respective by 73.56 U·g^-1 (FW)·h^- 1,79.25U·g^-1 (FW)·h^-1,60.66 U·g^-1 (FW)·h^-1 and which activities were 163.1%,242.13%,259.67% times comparing with control. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content declined by 4.41nmol·g^-1FW which content were 25.99% times comparing with control.
