摘要
综述了甲壳素衍生物壳聚糖和壳寡糖促进水产动物生长、提高抗病能力以及调节水质效果,分析了作用机制和目前应用中存在的问题。大力开发甲壳素产品作为饲料添加剂,部分替代传统化学药物及抗生素等使用,对推动渔业养殖可持续、健康发展意义深远。
This paper summaried research progress on effects of promoting growth, resistance to disease and immune function, and improving water quality by chitin and its derivatives chitosan and chitooligosaccharides in aquatic animals. The mechanisms of chitin and its derivatives acting on fish and some problems in application were analyzed, too. Chitin applied as feed additive in aquaculture, can replace traditional chemical drugs and antibiotics in part, which could promote aquaculture industry keeping sustainable and healthy development.
