本文对甲壳素及其衍生物的性质、来源、生物活性作用机理及其在畜禽饲料中的应用进行概述。
The sources, characters ,physiological functions of chitin and its derivatives were introduced and the applications in the livestock and poultry feed were summarized in this paper.
