热轧工作辊冷却效果的分析与改善 被引量:2

Analysis and improvement on work roll cooling effect during hot rolling

摘要 为了提高冷却系统对工作辊温度的控制能力,建立工作辊与冷却液间三维流热耦合模型,研究冷却结构参数及其安装尺寸对工作辊冷却效果的影响。分析喷嘴倾斜角度、喷嘴间距以及冷却液的喷射角度对冷却效果的影响。结果表明:单个喷嘴射流区域内,离中间冲击区域越远对流换热系数衰减的越快,中间区域的平均对流换热系数约为边部的4倍;在适当减小喷嘴间距的基础上,调整喷嘴的倾斜角度,可以使工作辊冷却更均匀,且冷却效率更高。经某厂二辊可逆热轧机验证,可知改进后的冷却结构对板带中心凸度的控制能力增大约0.05 mm,且横向板厚分布的均匀性也有明显的改善。 In order to improve the control ability of cooling system on the temperature of work- roll,a 3- Dimensional flow-thermal coupling model was built for the purpose of analyzing the effect of cooling structure parameters and the installation dimension on the cooling of work-roll. The results showed the further distance to the central impacting area in injection stream area of single nozzle,the faster of attenuation for convective hear transfer coefficient,i.e. the average convective hear transfer coefficient in central area is 4 times larger than the value in areas at both sides. So,the adjustment of inclined angle of nozzle based on proper reduced nozzle interval may get more evenness in cooling work-roll with higher cooling efficiency. Moreover,a large number of statistic on site show the transverse thickness distribution of hot rolling plate is more uniform and the control capability on crown of plate is increased about 0.05 mm,by contrast between the cooling structure in hot rolling of plate before and after the improvement.
