摘要
在带钢热连轧过程中,工作辊热辊形的准确在线预报对板形控制具有重要意义。采用二维交替方向有限差分法建立了计算工作辊温度场和热凸度的模型。通过理论和试验证明,此模型的优点是具有绝对稳定性和满足在线实时控制要求的计算快速性,适用于对工作辊温度场的在线预报,具有很高的实际应用价值。
In the hot strip continuous roiling process, the accurate on-line prediction of the thermal crown is of great significance to the control of the shape of strips. In this paper, two-dimensional direction-turning finite difference method is used to calculate the temperature field and thermal crown of the work roll. Through theoretical and experimental proof, this model has the advantage of the absolute stability and meeting the requirements of rapid calculation which is necessary for the on-line real-time control. This model is suitable for the on-line prediction of the work roll's temperature field and thermal crown, and it has the high value of practical application.
