金丝小枣太阳能干燥特性的试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental research on solar collector drying charactreristics of Ziziphus jujuba

摘要 以金丝小枣为研究对象,利用太阳墙为集热材料制作太阳能干燥机,在相同日照条件下与室外自然晾晒进行对比,对太阳能干燥机的性能及金丝小枣的干燥特性进行研究。结果表明,太阳能干燥机室内温度高于室外,温升10℃的保证率为96%,空气相对湿度低于室外,最大相差70%。太阳能干燥机内的金丝小枣与室外相比表面温度高,干燥速率大,湿含量下降速度快。太阳能干燥机干燥后的金丝小枣感官评价和Vc含量高于室外自然晾晒的小枣,但总糖含量较低。试验结果可为金丝小枣的实际干燥提供指导。 Ziziphus jujube was taken as the research object and an solar dryer was mainly made by solar wall.The drying characteristics of Ziziphus jujube was studied in the solar dryer and compared with those outdoor natural drying in the same sunshine condition.The results shown that the temperature in the solar dryer was higher than that of outdoor,the guarantee rate of temperature rise of 10 ℃ was 96%.Air relative humidity in the solar dryer was lower than that of outdoor,and the maximum difference was 70%.Compared with outdoor drying,the surface temperature and the drying rate of Ziziphus jujube in the solar dryer was higher,and the moisture content descent faster.Also the sensory evaluation and vitamin C content of Ziziphus jujube in the solar dryer was higher than the jujube of outdoor natural drying,but total sugar content was lower.The research results can provide guidance for practical Ziziphus jujube drying.
