摘要
朋辈帮扶是高校建设中新型管理模式,在学生工作中取得较好效果。针对目前学风建设中出现的不良风气,将朋辈帮扶融入学风建设工作中,借鉴朋辈帮扶经验,着眼学风突出问题,创新学风建设思路。
The peer help is a new management model in the construction of colleges and universities,and achieved good effect in the student work. To the present unhealthy style,the author puts the peer support into the study style construction. Use the excellent experience of peer support,focus on the style of study problems,and think innovation study style construction： Construct platform for practical work,form a support team,improve the system of peer support,and launch peer support activities. The effect is remarkable,and Peer helping becomes an effective way to strengthen the construction of study style.
