摘要
本文通过分析大学生就业能力及高校就业课程现状,提出运用社会互动模式整合高校现行就业课程与对外服务机构新员工培训课程,融合高校就业课程针对学生主体需求和对外服务机构培训课程指向用人单位客体需求的特点来改革高校就业课程,在整合互动中有效提升大学生就业能力的构想,并主要就社会互动中物与人的维度即就业课程的内容和师资两者的互动进行了讨论。
Through a brief analysis of College Students' employability and college career guidance curriculum and based on social interactive model of instruction, the article proposes that colleges and universities can integrate career guidance curriculum and Foreign Service Institutions' beginner training program, which is specially designed for the specific requirements of foreign companies, to reform the college career guidance curriculum. We proposed that to use the content and experience for reference and share the teaching resources and curriculum are important ways for this integration. Furthermore, we analyzes the values and meanings of the curriculum integration.
