摘要
目的研究和观察达芬奇机器人辅助直肠癌切除围术期护理方式。方法选取2015年1月至2015年7月我院收治的直肠癌患者40例,根据患者入院的顺序分为对照组(18例)和观察组(22例)。所有患者均接受达芬奇机器人辅助直肠癌切除术治疗,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上加入围术期护理。比较两组的术后感染率、平均住院时间、自我效能评分。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间显著短于对照组,自我效能评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者未发生术后感染,对照组术后感染率为38.9%,两组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在接受达芬奇机器人辅助直肠癌切除术患者的护理过程中,采用围术期护理能够有效降低术后感染的发生,缩短患者的康复时间并提高患者的主观能动性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study and observe the perioperative nursing way of rectal cancer resection assisted by da Vinci robot.Methods 40 cases of patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 were selected and divided into control group（18 cases） and observation group（22 cases） according to the admission sequence. All patients were treated with rectal cancer resection assisted by da Vinci robot. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given perioperative nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The postoperative infection rate, average hospitalization time and self-efficacy score were compared between the two groups. Results The average hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the self-efficacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Postoperative infection was not found in the observation group, but the postoperative infection rate of the control group was 38.9%, with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusions In the nursing process of patients with rectal cancer resection assisted by da Vinci robot, perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative infection, shorten the recovery time and improve the subjective dynamics, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
