摘要
针对当前高职院校教师教学能力不高,教学水平低下以及科研与教学相脱节等问题,设计一套高职教师教学能力的评价体系,从高职院校教师的知识结构、教学技能、学生能力的变化等多个方面进行准确的评估和评价,为高职教师教学能力的提升奠定扎实的基础。
Aim at a current teacher from college in senior high vocational school teaching capability anti higher, the teaching horizontal is lowly and research and teaching phase become disjointed wait a question, design the appraisal system of the teaching capability of teacher in a senior high vocational school, carry on accurate appraisal and appraisal from several aspects like change, etcs of knowledge structure, teaching skill and student＇s capability of teacher from college in senior high vocational school, lay firm foundation for promoting of teacher in the senior high vocational school teaching capability.
