摘要
磷酸肌酸一种高能磷酸化合物,与所有肌细胞包括心肌细胞在内的能量代谢密切相关,它作为细胞内ATP储存和转运的载体,对维持ATP浓度的稳定,起到能量缓冲剂的作用,从而保证细胞能应对缺血缺氧等不良刺激,维持组织正常的生理功能。目前在急性心肌梗死中有着广泛的应用,在心肌急性缺血时,不管单独应用还是联合再灌注治疗时均可以减少心肌酶的释放,缩小心肌梗死面积,降低心律失常的发生,改善心室重构,从而明显改善心脏功能,同时还可预防抑郁症的产生,提高对体力活动的耐受力,降低死亡率,对于心肌梗死的预后有着较好的改善作用,大剂量的应用磷酸肌酸同样有着良好的效果和耐受性。
Phosphocreatine ( Pcr ) is a high-energy phosphate compounds, which is intimately involved in the energy metabolism of all muscle cells, including the heart. As storage and transport of intracellular ATP carrier, PCr is capable of acting as an energy buffer, protecting the ATP concentration. To maintain the stability of ATP concentration, played the role of the energy buffer to ensure cell can respond to ischemia and hypoxia and other adverse stimuli, maintain normal physiological function of tissues. At present, it has the widespread application in the acute myocardial infarction. Whether alone or both combined reperfusion therapy can reduce the release of enzymes, myocardial infarction size,, ventricular arrhythmia, prevent the ventricle cavity the expansion, and improve ventricular remodeling, which significantly improve cardiac function. Simultaneously, it can prevent depression, increase the tolerance of physical activity and reduce mortality. Pcr has the improvement function regarding myocardial infarction's prognosis. The application of high-dose creatine phosphate also has a good efficacy and tolerability.
