摘要
思想政治教育实效建设必须转换思维视角,必须加强思想政治教育实效的根本建设,即从对象维度加强思想政治教育实效建设。没有对教育对象的准确把握和有效引导,无论思想政治教育的内容多么精练,思想政治教育的方法艺术多么精湛,思想政治教育主体素养多么深湛,都难以取得好的效果。对象视角的思想政治教育实效建设,要利用大学生的需要建设思想政治教育实效;利用大学生的行为建设思想政治教育实效;利用大学生的问题建设思想政治教育实效。
To strengthen the actual effectiveness of ideological and political education depends much on the transformation of thought angle. In this regard,the effectiveness of ideological and political education must be fundamentally strengthened,namely,to strengthen the educational effectiveness from the dimension of the object. Without accurate and effective guidance concerning the education object,no matter how refined the content of ideological and political education is,how exquisite the art and methods of ideological and political education are,and how brilliant the quality of the main body is,it is rather difficult to achieve good effect. The improvement of the effect of ideological and political education from the angle of object may take into consideration the college students＇ needs,their behavior,and the problems they are confronted with.
