摘要
目的观察云南白药胶囊缓解膝关节骨性关节炎行膝关节镜术后疼痛和肢体肿胀的临床效果。方法 100例行膝关节镜手术的患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。治疗组与对照组从入院至出院分别口服云南白药胶囊和塞来昔布胶囊,膝关节镜手术由同一组医生操作,术后不使用其他镇痛药,采用数字分级评估法(NRS)评估两组患者术后6h、12h、24h、48h、72h不同时间点疼痛情况,采用患侧与健侧肢体大腿周径的差值来评估患者入院时、术后24h、48h肢体肿胀情况以及患者出院时的临床疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组术后NRS评分及术后24h、48h肿胀值比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论云南白药胶囊能缓解膝关节镜手术患者术后疼痛和肢体肿胀,有利于患者尽早进行功能锻炼,促进康复。
Objective To observe the effecacy of Yunnan Baiyao Capsule for postoperative pain and swelling for patients with knee arthroscopy. Methods 100 cases with knee osteoarthritis to be conducted arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each. The treatment group and the control group took Yunnan Baiyao Capsule and Celecoxib Capsule orally during the hospitalization. All the operations were performed by the same doctors and no other analgesic was taken after operation. Numeric Rating Scale（ NRS） was used to evaluate the pain intensity at different time points between the two groups. The difference of thigh circumference between the affected side and the healthy side was introduced to assess the swelling of the affected limb at the hospital admission,24 h and 48 h after operation and the clinical effect when patients discharged. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of NRS at 6h,12 h,24h,48 h and 72 h after operation and the situations of the limb swelling at 24 h and 48 h after operation of the treatment group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao Capsule can relieve the postoperative pain and swelling for the patients with knee arthroscopy,is helpful for patients to take functional exercise and recover as soon as possible.
