摘要
通过对中日两国在养老策略方面的比较研究,分析了我国在养老施策上与日本的相似性及差异性,对我国目前实施的"居家养老""市场化养老"及"养老机构郊区化"等发展策略可能引发的问题进行了剖析,并提出建议。
Focusing on the policies for the aged, this paper compares the similarities and differences between that in China and Japan, and analyzes possible problems caused by three important policies in China, i.e. home-based service for the aged, market-oriented measures and facilities in the suburbanized area for the aged, with advices for future policy making processes.
