摘要
面向现代农业培养卓越农业人才是高等农业院校的时代主题。通过系统研究美国、日本高等农业教育的发展历程、教育体系和基本特征,探索国外经验对卓越农业人才培养的启示,进而提出卓越农林人才培养的实施策略。
For modern agricuhural development, cultivating outstanding agricultural talents are the subject of the era of higher agricultural colleges. Enlightenment of foreign experience in the cultivation of outstanding agricultural talents was explored through systematic research on the development path of agricultural education, the education system and basic characteristics in the United States and Japan. And then the implementation strategy of agricultural and forestry talents cultivation were put for- ward.
