规训与抗拒:儿童反学校文化现象的社会学探析——基于N市三所普通小学的田野调查 被引量:8

摘要 规训是指将人的行动加以纪律化、规则化的历程。相比于其他任何地方,学校是一个更为规训化、充满控制和权力的处所。儿童反学校文化产生的机制源于儿童对学校规训的抗拒,学生在权力在"位差"上处于"被支配"的弱势地位,因此儿童抗拒的性质通常为日常反抗,是儿童拒绝学校权威的"弱者的武器",其具有非正式性、情绪化、非理性的特征,意在打破学校所安排的制度性设计,努力寻求自身意义的一种表达。从规训与抗拒的视角去解释儿童反学校文化,可以使我们更加关注到学校发展与变革中的自身矛盾,反省与检视现阶段学校教育自身所存在的"文化专断"性以及学校文化建设中"儿童文化"的缺场等问题,从而促进学校教育自身的不断变革、发展与完善。 Regulation means to be disciplined, ruled of the human action. Compared to any other place, the school is a more Regulation-oriented, full control and authority premises. Mechanisms for children to produce anti-school culture that children resist the Regulation of school. Because children are disadvantaged in power"difference", presently the nature of children's Resistance appear daily revolt, we can take the school children's rejecting of the authority as the "weapon of the weak", with informal, emotional, irrational characteristics,intending to break the institutional arrangements for school design, and to seek an expression of its own meaning.Regulation and resistance from the perspective of the child to explain the anti-school culture allows us to pay more attention to school development and change of its own contradictions, to reflect and review stage of itself exists "cultural arbitrary", and Cultural Construction of Schools about " absence of children's Culture" and other issues, so as to promote schooling their continuous change, development and improvement.
