摘要
目的观察鼻部整形中应用自体耳软骨移植联合硅胶假体置入效果。方法选择2012年12月~2013年11月来我院进行鼻部整形手术求美者92例,随机将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组各46例。对照组采用常规L型鼻假体置入,治疗组采用自体耳软骨移植联合硅胶假体置入,观察两组置入效果。结果两组在满意度、并发症发生率方面相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对鼻部整形的患者采用自体耳软骨移植联合硅胶假体置入能有效的提高手术满意度,降低并发症。
Objective To observe the application of combined silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty in the autogenous ear cartilage graft. Methods 92 cases of patients with nasal plastic surgery,who were treated in our hospital for beauty from December 2012 to November 2013,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional L-type nose prosthesis implantation,while the treatment group was given autogenous ear cartilage transplantation combined with silicone prosthesis implantation. Implantation effects of the two groups were observed. Results The two groups was compared in satisfaction,comparison,and the complication rate. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of using autogenous ear cartilage transplantation combined with silicone prosthesis implantation on rhinoplasty patients is more effective,which can effectively improve the surgical satisfaction and reduce complications.
