响应面法优化微波辅助提取决明子大黄酚工艺研究?

The optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of chrysophanol from Semen Cassiae by response surface methodology

摘要 以决明子成熟种子为原料,采用微波辅助法提取大黄酚。在单因素优化试验的基础上,运用中心组合试验和响应面法考察甲醇体积分数、微波功率、微波时间、固液比4个因素对大黄酚得率的影响。结果表明,微波辅助提取决明子大黄酚的最佳工艺条件是:微波温度60℃、甲醇体积分数80%(v/v)、微波功率50 W、微波时间8 min、固液比1:60 g/m L,在此条件下决明子大黄酚得率为0.54%,与模型预测值0.55%相差不大。 Chrysophanol was extracted from Semen Cassiae by the method of microwave-assisted extraction.Based on the single-factor experiments,the effect of methanol concentration,microwave power,microwave extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction yield of chrysophanol was studied by the response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of Semen Cassiae chrysophanol by the microwave-assisted method were microwave temperature of 60 ℃,methanol concentration of 80%,microwave power of 50 W,microwave extraction time of 8 min,the solid-liquid ratio of 1:60 g/m L.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of Semen Cassiae chrysophanol was 0.54%,and this actual result was basically consistent with the predictive value of the fitting equation 0.55%.
