摘要
目的探讨氨茶碱与多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果差异。方法入选的100例支气管哮喘急性发作患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组和对照组均给予抗生素抗感染治疗及糖皮质激素类药物等常规处理,观察组患者给予多索茶碱静脉滴注,对照组患者给予氨茶碱静脉滴注。两组患者均连续用药治疗1周。评定两组治疗效果,观察不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组的总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.0%;对照组不良反应发生率为28.0%;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘急性发作临床效果显著,且不良反应少,优于氨茶碱,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect difference of aminophylline and doxofylline in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods 100 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group and the control group were given antibiotics treatment,given routine treatment of glucocorticoid drugs etc.The patients in the observation group was given doxofylline by venous infusion,The patients in control group was treated with intravenous aminophylline.The couredse in the two groups was 1 weeks. the therapeutic effect was evaluated in the two groups,the adverse reaction was observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the contorl group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 10%,The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the control group was 28%,The adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Doxofylline in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma has significantly clinical effect,and it has less adverse reactions than aminophylline,the therapy is worthy of clinical reference.
