摘要
目的:研究湖北贝母不同提取物和总生物碱及单体生物碱的体外抑菌活性。方法:通过醇提法和萃取法得到湖北贝母的不同提取物和总生物碱,采用二倍稀释法测定该提取物和总生物碱及单体生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和乙型溶血性链球菌的体外最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:湖北贝母95%乙醇提取物的抑菌作用强于60%乙醇提取物;湖北贝母总生物碱及单体生物碱对革兰氏阳性菌的抑菌作用强于革兰氏阴性菌。结论:湖北贝母醇提物和总生物碱以及单体生物碱均有一定的抑菌活性。
Objective:The anti-bacterial activity of different extracts,total alkaloid and monomer alkaloid in Hubei Fritillaria were studied. Methods:Different extracts and total alkaloids of Hubei Fritillariawere obtained by alcohol extraction and extraction method. Double dilution method was used to measuring the minimum bacteriostatic concentration(MIC)in vitro of extracts,total alkaloid and monomer alkaloid to staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,dysentery bacillus,bacillus subtilis and beta hemolytic streptococcus. Results:The bacteriostasis of the 95% ethanol extract in Hubei Fritillaria was stronger than the 60% ethanol extracts. The bacteriostasis of total alkaloids and monomer alkaloid in Hubei Fritillaria to gram-positive bacterium was stronger than gram-negative bacteria. Conclusion:The alcohol extracts,total alkaloid and monomer alkaloids in Hubei Fritillaria had certain anti-bacterial activity.
