摘要
在国与国之间的军事博弈中,颠覆性军事技术因其可能对战略攻防平衡的"打破"以及对人们军事技术思维的"颠覆性"影响而长期备受瞩目,有关颠覆性军事技术的研究亦逐渐成为各国关注的焦点。为此,本文以美国国防高级研究计划局(DARPA)为例,从美国颠覆性军事技术的预研模式、管理体制、创新文化三个方面,对颠覆性军事技术的预研模式与管理进行探讨,并在最后提出颠覆性军事技术对于我国军事技术战略预研的有关思考。
In Military game between countries, the ＂break＂ of disruptive military technologies in the balance of offensive and defensive and the effects of thinking, the influence of ＂subversive ＂ preparatory management about disruptive military technologies have gradually become the focus of interna-tional attention. Thus, based on the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency（DARPA）, this paper has studied three aspects, as the disruptive military technologies from the United States preparatory mode, management system, innovative culture, and at last put forward the revelation of dis-ruptive military technologies for Chinese military technology strategy pre-research.
