摘要
研制了一种新型的采样时间可控的瞬态小电容检测电路,介绍了检测电路的主要组成部分及测试原理,分析了瞬态小电容检测原理和采样时间控制原理,给出了Multisim仿真图和实测实验图,实现了采集的电压值有规律地与电容变化值精确对应,解决了当前小电容测试系统中存在的采样时刻具有随机性,采集的电压值很难一一对应电容值的变化规律的问题,为小电容检测电路提供一种新型的设计方法。
A new sampling-time controlled transient tiny capacitance measuring circuit was developed. The main part of the detection circuit and the test principle were introduced,and the testing principle of the transient small capacitance detection and the control principle of sampling time were analyzed. The Multisim simulation diagram and the measured experiment diagram were shown. The voltage value corresponds to the capacitance value accurately was realized,solving the problems of the randomness of sampling time existing in the small capacitance measurement system and the problems that the voltage value can not correspond to the capacitance,thus providing a new kind of designing method for small capacitance detection circuit.
