摘要
用替代法完成小电容的测量 ,可以避免不确定因素对电容测量的影响 ,完成在线小电容的高精度测量。该方法可以测出电容控制的振荡器在固定温度点所需补偿电容的大小 ,进而确定出电容器极板的形状 ,这在电容控制的振荡器的开发中是至关重要的。该方法在时间频率测量及控制、各种仪器仪表的设计等领域有着广泛的用途。现以电容控制的振荡器的开发中在线小电容的测量为例具体介绍了替代法的原理及实现方法 ,并给出了其实验结果。
The measurement of small capacitances by substituting method can avoid the effect of uncertain factors and achieve high precision measurement of on-line small capacitances. This method can determine the magnitude and plate shape of the compensatory capacitances that the capacitance-controlled oscillator needs at each temperature point, which is very important in the design of capacitance-controlled oscillator. The method can be used extensively in the field of time and frequency control and design of various instruments. This paper presents the theory and implement of substituting method and gives the experiment results.
