摘要
随着我国老龄化形势的日趋加剧,国内社会工作教育不断发展壮大,老年社会工作在理论、方法与实务等方面的研究也取得了众多成果,同时也存在一些问题。今后,老年社会工作研究应加强对西方先进社会工作理论、老年理论的译介和对中国传统文化和老龄工作的挖掘,努力创立中国老年社会工作理论,探索中国特色的老年社会工作方法,努力实现老年社会工作的本土化。
With the increasing aggravation of the aging situation in our country, the domestic so- cial work education continues to develop. Social work for the elderly has also made many achievements in the studies of theories, methods and practices, but problems still exist. Its future studies should strengthen the translation of the advanced theories of western social work, and theories about the eld- erly, and the exploration of Chinese traditional culture and aging work, make efforts to create Chinese theory of social work for the elderly, explore social work methods of Chinese characteristics, and strive to achieve the localization of social work for the elderly.
