摘要
20世纪70年代以来,人口老龄化逐渐成为全球范围的普遍趋势。我国人口老龄化具有不同于发达国家的特点,老年人口数量大,老龄化速度快。本文从分析现行养老服务模式存在的局限性入手,分析了社区养老的必要性、可行性和优越性,指出社区养老是我国养老保障的新选择,并阐述了社区养老模式的初步构建框架。
