摘要
由于分动器仅在四驱车辆上使用,以降低成本、提高传动效率和改善整车经济性为目标,提出了一种基于多目标满意度方法建立分动器设计方案的优选模型,实现分动器不同设计方案的有效优选。首先,考虑分动器设计开发流程与整车性能匹配的基础上,确定单轴无加强筋、单轴加强筋、双轴无加强筋和双轴加强筋4种备选方案。然后根据有限元分析结果和理论分析为基础,建立分动器设计方案评价的目标集,联合层次分析法确定目标集各因素对分动器设计方案优选的影响权重,从而建立分动器优选方案的多目标优化模型。最后运用多目标满意度决策机理,对不同分动器设计方案进行综合评估,得到的综合满意度最大的方案经验证合格即为优选的方案。该研究可为分动器设计方案优选提供参考。
In view of the fact that transfer cases were only used in four-wheel drive vehicle, an optimization for the design schemes of transfer cases based on multi-objective satisfaction decision mechanism was proposed with the aims of transmission efficiency, cost deduction, and performance improvement to achieve effective selection of transfer cases in different design schemes. Primarily, the matching of the research and development process and the vehicle performance was taken into consideration to make the four options. They were single shaft without stiffener, single shaft with stiffener, double shaft without stiffener and double shaft with stiffener. Then the collection of different design schemes evaluations was established based on the finite element analytical data and theoretical analysis. After that, weight coefficient of every object in the collection for the transfer case scheme selection was measured with the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process. Thus, the multi-objective optimization of the transfer cases selection was constructed accordingly. Finally, multi-objective satisfaction decision mechanism was introduced to evaluate the general satisfaction of different design schemes. Consequently, the most satisfied scheme with validation was obtained as the optimization scheme. This study would provide a reference for the optimization for the design schemes of transfer cases.
