摘要
针对武器装备作战试验鉴定作战试验指标开发问题,吸收借鉴美军装备试验先进思想,提出了构建作战试验鉴定的三级指标体系,即作战使命指标、作战任务指标和武器系统/装备体系指标;阐述了武器装备作战使命描述、预期效果、作战使命特性和作战使命指标的概念内涵,介绍了作战使命分解程序,为后续作战任务分解和武器系统/装备体系分解提供解决思路,为作战试验方案设计提供基本输入。
To solve out the problems related to development of operational test indicators of verification of operational test of weapons and equipments and absorb advanced thoughts of test of weapons and equipments of U.S.Army,the paper proposes the construction a three-level indicator system for verification of operational test：operational mission indicators,operational task indicators and weapon system/equipment system indicators.The paper illustrates description of operational mission of weapons and equipments,anticipated effect,characteristics of operational mission and the concepts and connotations of operational mission indicators and introduces the operational mission decomposition procedure.The paper provides an approach for decomposition of follow-up operational mission and weapon/equipment system decomposes as well as presents basic input for operational test planing.
