摘要
联合空情预警监视系统是集现代高新技术于一体,系统间耦合紧密的复杂系统,为了更好地对其进行建设、发展及使用,需建立一套科学、完备的系统评估体系,为此,文中构建了按能力区分的联合空情预警监视系统的评估体系,并阐述了如何用层次分析法进行综合评估。
The joint air intelligence early warning and surveillance system is a complex system with modern high technics and close coupling.A scientific and perfect evaluation system,therefore,is necessary for better construction,development and employment.In this paper,an evaluation system for the joint air intelligence early warning and surveillance system is established classified with capability.And the synthesized evaluation method using the analytic hierarchy process is also illuminated.
