摘要
为了合理缩小行业间收入差距、找出行业收入差距主要影响因素,首先对黑龙江省不同行业间收入差距进行测度,然后通过建立面板数据模型和多元线性回归分析的方法,得到国有经济的参与程度、资本密集程度、行业对外开放程度、劳动生产率和从业人员受教育程度与行业收入呈正相关关系,而行业就业规模与行业收入呈负相关关系。最后据此提出合理调节行业收入差距的政策建议。
In this paper, in order to reasonably narrow the income gap between the industries and identify the major influence factors, we first measured the income gap between the industries of Heilongjiang, and then using the panel data model and the multiple linear regression analytic process, found that there existed positive correlation between the income of an industry with state-owned economy participation, capital intensity, industrial openness, labor productivity and practitioner education level and negative correlation between industrial employment scale and industrial income. At the end, we proposed the suggestions to modulate the income gap between the industries.
