为了尽快完成汽车产业结构调整，增强汽车产业的密集程度，工信部已拟定《促进汽车企业兼并重组指导意见》初稿，据透露，该指导意见目前正在征求财税、社保等相关部门的意见，如一切顺利，将在三月底之前出台。
In order to speed up the process for adjusting automobile industrial structure and enhance density of automotive industry,Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has drafted guidance on promoting merger and reorganization for automotive industry.The guidance is currently under the process of getting feedbacks from finance,taxation,social security and other relevant departments,and will be issued in March as planned.
