摘要
目的:探究头针及放血疗法结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后记忆障碍的临床效果。方法:选取我院康复医学科2013年1月—2015年7月收治的72例脑卒中后记忆障碍患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将所有患者分为研究组(36例)与对照组(36例),对照组患者予以系统、专业、合理的康复训练治疗,疗程为1个月;研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合头针和放血疗法相结合的治疗方法,疗程为1个月,采取行为记忆测试法(RBMT)对患者治疗前后记忆功能进行评估,对比2组患者治疗后总有效率及患者的满意程度。结果:治疗后研究组患者总有效率与对照组对比,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗前2组患者RBMT评分无差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组及各组治疗前后RBMT评分对比,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;研究组总满意率为97.22%,对照组总满意率为86.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中后记忆障碍予以头针及放血疗法治疗的同时联合康复训练可明显提升临床治疗总有效率,改善患者症状,促进患者康复,且患者满意度高,安全可靠,具有较高临床应用以及推广价值。
Objective： T Exploring needle head and bloodletting therapy combined with rehabilitation training clinical effect for the treatment of memory impairment after stroke.Method ： Select our hospital rehabilitation medicine from Janu- ary 2013 to July 2013 were 72 memory impairment after stroke patients as the research object, take a random number table method all patients were divided into research group.（ 36 cases ） and control group （ 36 cases ） and control group patients give system, professional and reasonable treatment, rehabilitation training course for a month. Team in the control group treatment based on the joint pin and combined treatment of bloodletting therapy, the curative effect, 1 months to behav- ior （ RBMT ） memory test method to evaluate patients with memory function before and after the treatment, compared two groups of patients after total effective rate and patients＇ satisfaction.Results ： Treatment group patients after total effective rate compared with control group, the group is significantly higher than the control group, P〈 0.05, the difference is statis- tically significant; RBMT score no difference in both groups before treatment （ P〉 0.05 ）, two groups and each group after treatment RBMT score comparison before and after treatment, P〈 0.05, the difference is statistically significant; The team overall satisfaction rate was 97.22%, control group total satisfaction rate was 86.11%, the difference was statistically sig- nificant （ P〈 0.01 ） .Conclusion ： Memory impairment after stroke to pin and bloodletting therapy at the same time, the joint rehabilitation training can obviously improve the clinical total effective rate and improve patients＇ symptoms, promote pa- tients＇ rehabilitation, and patient satisfaction is high, safe and reliable, and has high clinical application and populariza- tion value.
