摘要
建设面向南亚东南亚辐射中心是国家在"一带一路"建设背景下对云南省未来发展提出的新要求和新目标。其战略重点是"抓好五项工作""打好六张牌",基本路径是加快以交通基础设施为重点的互联互通建设、着力建设区域性经济中心、加快打造区域性金融中心、加快构建开放型经济新体制、强化公共服务平台建设、深化与周边国家睦邻友好和务实合作。它对于云南省加快构建对外开放新格局,进一步提升对外开放水平,促进经济跨越发展,具有十分重要的现实意义。
The construction of South Asia- Southeast Asia- Orientated Radiation Center is a new demand and a new goal set up for the future development of Yunnan province under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative. It focuses on ＂Doing Well the Five Tasks＂and ＂Playing Well the Six Ace Cards＂strategies,whose basic approaches shall include accelerating the construction of transportation infrastructures interconnectivity,building regional economic center,speeding up the building of regional financial center and a new open economic system,strengthening public service platform construction and deepening the good relationship and cooperation with neighboring countries. It is of great pragmatic significance for Yunnan province in accelerating the construction of a new opening pattern to the rest of the world and further promoting the opening level to the rest of the world,so as to promote the leapfrog economic development of Yunnan.
